In this small group workshop Elaine will provide hands-on classroom examples of how to implement the four Science Understanding Curriculum streams – Biological, Chemical, Physical and Earth & Space Sciences – in the primary years through the perspective of the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Science Elaborations and Cross Curriculum.

Dwellingup’s beautiful forest, 1.5 hours from Perth, allows reconnection with nature and each other. This years participatory workshop will encourage personal reflection and collaborative solutions that acknowledge the struggles and frustrations along with the power of collective action for climate and other concerns.
Program will be from Friday evening to Sunday early afternoon.

COST $250 waged $150 volunteers/unwaged covering workshop, simple accommodation at Nanga Bush Camp, and meals. Limited numbers!

As in 2019, the workshop will draw inspiration and fun from time together in the forest, and around the fire.
