This Reconciliation Week 2022 we honour the spirit of Noongar Elder Doolan-Leisha Eatts*.

Fittingly the theme for 2022 is “Be Brave. Make Change”. It is a challenge to all of us —to Be Brave and tackle the unfinished business of reconciliation so we can Make Change for the benefit of all Australians. May 28, 10.00am.

We will gather to acknowledge and share stories and a history of place and of our
time, as a basis for exploring pathways forward. Activity will include a smoking
ceremony and walking the unique Reconciliation Sea of Hands Labyrinth.
*A widely respected and leading Whadjuk, Ballardong Noongar Elder who advocated strongly for reconciliation, Doolann Leisha Eatts was also a writer, storyteller and teacher of Noongar language.
